It lets you normally install programs that at first don´t have installation files.

Often there are programs available that are ZIP compressed, and when you decompress them you realize they don´t have installation files, just runnables.

Via ZipInstaller you can install this type of file in your PC as if they really had an installation file included in the packet. You can choose all the typical installation options for the program in question: shortcut configuration, which will be the application´s principle directory, create an uninstall file, include it in the Windows "Add/Remove programs" menu, etc.
